Villas Imperio exists to provide services to owners of houses and undeveloped plots that comprise plot number 510 at El Rosario, Marbella. This is the largest plot in the community of El Rosario, with 6 villas constructed over the 7 sub-plots comprising the north west corner of plot 510, and other sub-plots remaining for future development.

 

The services we provide are as follows:

• entrance gate

• roadway accessing all plots

• garden alongside roadway

• green waste disposal drop-off point

• street lighting

• septic tank

• legal and statutory administration of plot 510

• relationship with Urbanización El Rosario, of whose community we form part.

 

These services are provided in return for quartely community fee payments, which vary according to the size of each sub-plot and whether or not it has been developed.
