Below, we show illustrative prices for our two most popular options: Villa Only and Full Service (based on max 8 occupants). Headline features of these two services are:

However, our preference is to deliver a bespoke package to meet our clients' requirements, re level of service, catering, tours, etc.. So we discuss everything with prospective guests, ideally by phone or Skype. Once we have had such conversations, we will supply a bespoke price for a bespoke stay, in connection with which there may be room (within reason, and depending on the circumstances) for an element of good-spirited negotiation...
Stays of less than one week are possible, except during the peak summer season (when our normal changeover day is Saturday). Arrangements for Cornwall are slightly different, where our normal changeover day is Sunday.

SERVICE OPTIONS
For illustrative purposes, we show pricing for two Options (Tuscany & Marbella):
1. Full Service: airport meet & greet, in-house local cooking evening meals max 4 times per week, up to 4 hours daily maid service, 24 hour telephone concierge service; hardback book with photos of the villa and a guide to local services & tourism, as a memento of your stay.
2. Villa only: 100% self-catered, with 2 hours maid service per working weekday, telephone concierge service (office hours only).
Our villas normally sleep 8, but up to 12 may be accommodated (more comfortably in Marbella than in Tuscany), by special arrangement.
3. We give electricity allowances of €100 or £100 per week; electricity charges in excess of these amounts are deducted from Security Deposits at cost.
In Cornwall: the Villa Only option is our normal product, and the maid service and book are by arrangement only; max 11 guests. A full catering service and other add-ons are available by arrangement.

Availability
The privacy of our properties and of our guests is paramount. For this reason we do not publish availability calendars, preferring to discuss dates directly with our clients.
